Required Parental Consent & Medical Release Waiver:
Before completing your registration, you must review, complete, and sign the Parental Consent & Medical Release Waiver. This waiver is required for participation and must be completed for each registered participant.

You will not be permitted to proceed to checkout or complete your registration until the Parental Consent & Medical Release Waiver has been completed and signed.

By checking the agreement box and proceeding with registration, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand the registration terms and requirements.
• You have completed and signed the Parental Consent & Medical Release Waiver.

• You understand that the signed waiver is a required condition of participation.
